Kentucky Fried Chicken

On Dec 2, 2019 I visited kfc.com website to place an order. Order to be picked up on Dec. 4 at 5:45pm. Credit card charged at time of order. Went to pick up at 5:50pm. Not waited on until 6:00pm. Was told the order "just dropped" in their system, it wasn't ready. I had 50 people waiting for food, so I said to cancel my order and went to get ready food elsewhere. Replied to an email asking for feedback explaining the situation. Did not get a response. Replied again several days later. Did not get a response. No contact information given on KFC website. Finally received a call on Dec. 27 from the store manager who made excuses, said she wasn't responsible, and nothing she could do. She asked me to send all the copies of the order placed and confirmation I received. I did. I waited and got no response. On Jan. 26 I asked if they figured anything out. She said she told me there was nothing they could do. I have to contact ***. Chatted with *** and was told the order was not done through their system, and I need to contact KFC. Asked the store manager for the name and contact info of her boss. She said she didn't know it, but would get it for me the next morning. Did not hear anything for five days. I asked if I could get that information again, and she told me "I told you I talked to him and he told me what I already told you." I said thank you can I please have the contact info now, and she did not respond. I replied to the order email I received which said to reply if any issues, and have not got a response in five days. I want a refund for my money, the charge that was made on my credit card for food I never received. Thank you.
