Mrs. [redacted] complained of Frameless glass shower door leaking. We sent service men out to apply sweeps and threshold under door where she say leak was coming from. She complained about threshold making door not look like it is Frameless. I explained in order to stop leak we would need...

this piece under door due to tile curb is slanted out. Prior to installation we were told a new marble curb would be installed that would be slanted in to resolve this problem. Called again about leaking. Sent service man out for a second time with her contractor. They did a water test running water over the door for 30 minutes and could not produce a leak except for hinge when water was sprayed directly in the hinge. We told Mrs [redacted] we could change to a different hinge and she told us that water was not coming from hinge it was coming from a support clip. Which is an easy fix. Service man has contacted her and her contractor has contacted her. She is not returning our calls to fix support clip.
