I want to first apologize for the experience that you had at our office during your first appointment. Our goal is to make EVRY patient feel welcome and at ease so I am sincerely sorry that you did not feel that when you came in. I as the manager was not made aware of this situation in which I...

feel we could have handled before it became escalated. I will inform you that the male that worked in the office is not longer working with us and I apologize for his actions. I have tried to reach out to you a couple times via phone with no answer to inform you that your "Missed Appointment" charge has been written off and taken care off and I wanted to offer my apologies verbally. Again I apoligize for the issues that you have experienced while being a patient at our practice.
