My apologies for the delay in returning a formal response to the Revdex.com on this complaint. We however, have made progress in solving the matter.
On June 13th, I met with Ms. [redacted] and walked over the driveway and discussed their concerns. It was agreed...
that we would begin repair work on June 22nd. Due to wet weather, we completed 1st phase of repair work on June 24th. We replaced edges that were not satisfactory and did other minor touch up. It was agreed that our company would return in early fall to sealcoat the entire driveway at our cost. This was to give driveway a uniform color throughout due to earlier repair work.
Because of the delay in sealcoating due to asphalt curing concerns, I do not know if complaint would actually be resolved completely until sealcoating takes place this fall. However we will remain in touch with them until this takes place.
