I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted]

In response to 2nd complaint filed by *** *** to KRC Restorations, dated 10.20.16.In the original complaint made by our client, in June of 2016, we did state that the time frame for the completion of the vehicle would be approximately weeksSince the time the complaint was brought to our attention in July 2016, via letter from the Revdex.com, we have been in consistent communication with our client and he was aware of the process and any set backs that occurred for the set time framePhotos of progress have to been sent to our client via email on a regular basisThe vehicle is a Ford MustangThe client has been responsible for providing and finding any parts needed during the restoration/assembly processWe have communicated to him several parts needed through the final duration of the vehicle build, and the client requested that we locate the parts needed (which was not part of the original agreement), but to try and resolve the concerns of our client, we accommodated This is an additional labor charge which we have not requested our client payThe vehicle has been continuously worked on and as of this date is fully completed to the clients request, with exception of items that have been corresponded to our client through emailThis email was also sent to the Revdex.com on 11.16.16. As of 11.16.16, we are still missing a rear molding chrome for the window and also waiting on the clients response to his decision for wheels and tiresThey were not with the vehicle parts when they arrived to our facility. We would also like to state that the client had a previous vehicle here, under KTL restorations, which was a Mercury Cougar convertible, and the client decided to decline the work he originally requested to that vehicleAt that time, he (the client) independently listed the Mercury Cougar for sale on Craig's List with our address as the sale locationUnder this time, the business was still owned and operated by *** ***, and we are unaware of any conversations had between the parties, about the sale of the vehicle from KTL, as those discussions would have been with former owner *** ***Under the new ownership of KRC with Kurtis T Lawrence, we will not allow any sales of a clients personal vehicle from the business property, as we are aware that the client has intention of selling the Mustang upon completionPotential buyers of his vehicle will be asked to leave property immediately We are a restoration facility and we do not have a license to sell vehicles not owned by KRC RestorationsThe vehicle must be picked up by the customer on or before November 30th, and sold outside of premisesThe vehicle will need to be signed by the owner for pickup and final invoice paid in full before release of vehicleWe are very willing to store the car in a secure location until that date, but have another client vehicle arriving to secure that store spotThe client has been made aware that a store charge of $per day will begin on December 1st, 2016, as per KRC storage rate. We understand that the time frame has been longer than desired from our client and there have been set backs along the way We feel that we have gone above and beyond to clearly communicate the process and progression since the first resolved complaint made by the client in June of 2016. We would like to find a common ground with our client in hopes that he is very satisfied with the quality and detail put into finishing his vehicle to his specifications, which included, custom paint and reassembly of vehicle to be in running condition. **KRC nor KTL, at no time performed any engine / transmission work to the vehicleThe engine was rebuilt and assembled prior to its arrival at our facility and KRC will not be held responsible for any complaints made by the client for engine / transmission performanceWe have video of the vehicle running and in good condition. *** ***KRC RestorationsOffice Manager / Account SpeicialistKurtis LawrenceKRC RestorationsOwner
