We continuously had issues with our cable service from the very beginningWe constantly lost signalThe repair guy (***) continuously apologized for our outagesIt was so bad that he wanted to insure we could always reach someone to fix it after we went a whole weekend during one outage with no service due to us not being able to reach anyone in the office he gave us his cell number (***)He kept saying this issues with there programing were suppose to be resolved but they never were, We switched to *** and *** and have had uninterrupted excellent service every since, The staff from Kentucky Telephone keep saying I owe a bill when I don'tI informed them to turn service off and they continued to send me bills saying I owed more money which is ridiculous seeing as how from the beginning we never had continuous uninterrupted serviceI also turned the equipment back in and noticed they hadn't even deducted that from the bill but in fact increased the bill t
