In regards to the complaint ID *** filed on 5/29/
about no hot waterThe hot water was back on late Friday night on May Thanks to our phenomenal outside local contractor (who worked around the clock to make it happen promptly, once the part was delivered onsite), the company that the part was ordered through went above and beyond to deliver that part Friday at 6:pm after their working hours and our in house maintenance staff
As posted in the lobby and in hallways of the common areas, we had a part go out on our hot water boiler that had to be built from the ground up upon orderIt was a very large part and weighed near poundsIt was not an in stock part that was readily available for shipmentIt was very unfortunate and we were very disappointed ourselves when we were told that, but the matter was out of our hands at that timeWe did correspond with any city officials as needed to give them updates on the situation
As of late Friday May 29th we have hot water and we hope that this does not happen again
(Our maintenance staff and office staff reside in the building also with their familiesThey understood first hand everyone's anger and frustration.)
We deeply apologize for any inconveniences that Mrs*** faced as well as to include the other units in our buildingWe are relieved that the repairs have been made and it is behind usWe have a building full of amazing tenants, and we are moving forward in a positive direction

Thanks to our phenomenal outside local contractor (who worked around the clock to make it happen promptly, once the part was delivered onsite), the company that...

the part was ordered through went above and beyond to deliver that part Friday at 6:00 pm after their working hours and our in house maintenance staff.
As posted in the lobby and in hallways of the common areas, we had a part go out on our hot water boiler that had to be built from the ground up upon order. It was a very large part and weighed near 600 pounds. It was not an in stock part that was readily available for shipment. It was very unfortunate and we were very disappointed ourselves when we were told that, but the matter was out of our hands at that time. We did correspond with any city officials as needed to give them updates on the situation.
As of late Friday May 29th we have hot water and we hope that this does not happen again.
(Our maintenance staff and office staff reside in the building also with their families. They understood first hand everyone's anger and frustration.)
