Kentwood Ford Sales Inc.

I am financing a 2019 Ford Ecosport for almost 1 and a half years now. My engine is blown and I've missed 1 week and 1 day of work due to Ford failure. Kentwood Ford is not taking blame and is ignoring my serious situation that they have put me through. I need Ford to cover my lost wages and take back this car and refinance me, as well as provide me with a courtesy vehicle until I get a reliable vehicle.
