Kentwood Spring Water Company

Review: I went a year without one delivery. 20 phone calls later my account was all screwed up with little help to fix it. I waited more than 30m each time on hold. I finally told them to come get everything, refund me and close the account. I waited a week for them to come pick it up, they kept skipping me, which threw my whole week off. The account was supposed to 0 and closed yet I get another bill! This has been the worst! In all I ended up with 4 waters 2 used and 2 not yet they wantedo charge me over $60! Customer service was horrible, even blaming me! I spent 2 months trying to fix this! In my head they own me all the money I paid for the year I never got anything! I want to be done with this company, I will not pay a dime! I was told that once they picked up everything and after my last payment and the refund they owed me that the account would be 0 and closed, yet here I am. I'm on hold right now 27mims and counting while writing this! I want something done about this, this is crazy!Desired Settlement: I want them to close my account! I do notOwe them crap, fix it! In fact I think they should refund me for the 8m I went without a delivery which would be about 50.00. I mean this is nuts! Never in my life!
