Had service call performed for refrigerator.
It was thru DTE Appliance Service Plan & Kenwhirl was contracted for service.
The technician did not come out and charged DTE for service call also ONE TIME.
The problem of water dispensing was not fixed.
The service technician lied when I called about issue.
He stated that the water dispenser valve was replaced.
The valve was not replaced and problem was never fixed.
I bought the valve myself and replaced which fixed the issue.
Really bad service and customer support. Cannot trust what promised by buisness.

DTE gave the service order to Kenwhirl Appliance but Kenwhirl never came out or finished the work.
As a matter of fact the order was closed stating that they had came out and completed the work.
Kenwhirl also stated that the water dispensing valve was replaced by them but Kenwhirl never even took it out.
DTE just paid Kenwhirl several times for work which was never performed and now I cannot close DTE appliance repair plan till June 2019.
