Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 10, 2016/07/22) */ The customer returned approximately months later with his truck with regards to his transmission, which was repaired by us The transmission was not working properly I told the customer, he would have to leave the truck and it fell under the obligations of the written warranty, we would repair the truck at no extra cost to him The customer did not leave the truck and chose to leave I contacted the customer later that week and asked him to bring back the truck so we could diagnose the issue at hand The customer informed me he was removing the transmission himself He was advised that the warranty would no longer be valid if anyone other than our business was to work on the transmission I tried to rectify the problem with the customer numerous times with no success to resolve the issue
