If you want a puppy that has elbow dysplasia, by all means buy from Kenya I tried to contact them multiple times, with no response after I sent the x-rays proving the dysplasiaNot only that, but Kenya put his full sibling into their breeding program

If you want a puppy that has elbow dysplasia, by all means buy from Kenya. I tried to contact them multiple times, with no response after I sent the x-rays proving the dysplasia. Not only that, but Kenya put his full sibling into their breeding program.
I can assure anyone reading the above that the assertions made are ridicules and false. In the simplest of terms, you don't stay in business and maintain a stellar reputation like Chris Valdez has, for so many years, producing such high quality Labradors, operating as the gentleman above suggested. With that said, Hip, eye and elbow certification from OFA for those animals used in breeding/showing capacity is always provided, showing the animal is free and clear of any inherent genetic disease and dysplasia's along with many other health clearances. Not just by her but most REPUTABLE breeders, which certainly include Kenya Labradors. Of course, with the best screening in place, genetic disease can rear its ugly head but suggesting that animal would be used for breeding is absurd at the highest level. Really? You think she has gotten title in the show ring for all the years on her dogs handling herself in a shady fashion? It's a small circuit of folks.
I have know Chris Valdez for many years because of our shared love and passion for the Labrador Breed. I have personally seen her go deeply out of pocket and at huge time and effort expenditures solely for the sake of an animals well being, knowing there was no chance to recoup cost. Never have I witnessed her handling herself or her business with anything short of the highest levels of integrity nor interact with animals in any other way than with love and compassion and in the most professional of manner.
