Review: On July 29, 2015 I contacted [redacted] who operates a travel agency because I needed internation air tickets for two planning to Leave Dallas Texas on October 27, 2015 two night stop over at Dubai and arriving in Nairobi Kenya on October 30, 2015. Me and my sister-in-law were supposed to leave Nairobi Kenya on November 16, 2015. Mr [redacted] referred me to his employee also [redacted] and I gave him all the details of the trip. He allegedly booked the tickets and took the details of my [redacted] on August 13, 2015. My account details show that $2,197.58 was pulled from my account on August, 14, 2015 but never went to Emirates Airline which was my choice of Airline. Mr [redacted] sent a fake looking itinerary that I questioned immediately but was assured it was okay. My sister-in-law [redacted] needed a transit visa for Dubai and so when she tried applying with the details of the tickets as is required, she got an error message that there were no tickets under our details. She called the airline and was told that the tickets had been cancelled and we needed to call our agent. When we call the agent, he maintained that the tickets were not canelled and even when I had the Emirates customer service on a three way phone, he accused them of lying. I told him that I wanted my money back and did not want anything to do with their office anymore because he cancelled my tickets and continued to deny. We could have gone to the airport only to find that we had no tickets and could not travel and that was disturbing. While we were on the phone trying to convince me that the tickets are still on and I telling him to send my money back into my account, he must have been on the computer booking the tickets because at some point, he announced that the tickets have been found and must have been somewhere hiding in the internet and even as I protested, he emailed me new itinerary but with the wrong dates. They have not paid my money back despite several requests.Desired Settlement: They need to give me my money back and the public need to know that they cannot be trusted
