The 'personal trainer' took my money, but did not provide services. I paid $250 to Kenzie Lynn Johnson based on the agreement we were to begin training Wednesday February 19, 2020 at 4pm. On February 19, 2020 at 1pm, 3 hours before we were scheduled to meet, the 'trainer' informed me she "forgot" she has vacation and that I need to start training March 11, 2020. That was not the desired (3 weeks later than desired) or agreed upon time and date. With that, I requested my $250 to which she refused. This 'trainer' was not upfront with fees including when I asked about gym fees and I was told there were none then after agreeing she hit me with a $50 gym fee. She was pushy and now I know why as I've learned she used my money to fund her performance show in Chicago this weekend and her apparent "forgotten" about vacation next week. Her services, which were to begin 02/19/2020 at 4pm included 3-4 workouts a week, supplements and meal plans none of which I've received. So, as of now, she is refusing to return my money and providing nothing. She literally just scammed me, a female disabled veteran and single mother out of $250. I hope to like to protect others.
