First of all we told him we wanted the old wheels to have just in case someone didn't like the aftermarket wheels We have proof of a we owe that the customer signed that says we owe him nothing He also forgot to mention that the check for $25,was held for him until he cleared up his insurance which was around 1/weeks Most businesses wouldn't do that The sales manager and my salesperson never once said he could have the tire/wheels and radio back I asked him if he wanted the back why didn't he contact us sooner

I am rejecting this response because: Keoppp Chevy knew we was waiting on the insurance money. I didn't have to buy from Keoppp. Sales manger idea to hold check, said they do it all the time. On the trade in, why would I give you two set of rims plus a radio. That doesn't even make sense. Salesman said he would have service install the OEM equipment. Why would he tell me that? Why would I give away the cost of the extra equipment?

We originally gave him 16,500 for the trade and wanted more so I said give me the old wheels and radio as back up.  That is why we gave him 18,000 for it.  Again I never said anything negative about the check, just the fact we trusted you and we held the check.  Again why now and not the following week to ask about the wheels?
