Supplemental Contract written and signed by my deceased husband, *** *** *** *** *** *** on 6/22/reads,
"Excavate, put in French Drain, pour concrete for the approach"
Cost: $ 50% $upfront, 50% $upon completion
Original contract written and signed by *** *** *** *** *** on 3/23/reads,
"build a 20Xgargae, excation footing, wall, floor backfill, haul off all debri ." Paid in full
However a significant amount of debris (broken concrete chunks, iron rods from the concrete work, a large tree stump, and liquids)
have not been removed and remain in my yard
I feel this has been a safety and environmental hazard
*** attempted many times to contact *** *** about completing the work
Most recently on 10/12/17, 10/19/17, 11/5/17, 4/23/18, 6/1/
Occassionally *** *** would call back, stating that he was lining up a concrete guy and would call him back with a date
