of $750.00 towards the fees that you are discussing.  And you were Very happy at that point and we shook hands and finalized the deal - and I repeated multiple times that if your not 100% content or happy - to please not move forward.  That is why I went out of my way and issued you a refund on the same day of the deal - and we have all those documents as well as a signed agreement that you are content and understands the full breakdown and all the extras that you purchased.  We believe that we took of this already in person on the day of purchase - and gave refund with check for $750 and signed paperwork that your happy and content - even after telling you multiple times if your not 100% satisfied to please not move forward with the sale.  Im sorry that you feel that you had to file a complaint - but we already took care of this in person.
