The letter stated that Long Creek Construction repeatedly try to fit the problem, that statement is not true .The owner refuse to fit the problem and stated he did not want my business any more.Also the letter stated that I received a refund on May this also is falseYesterday ( May 11,) the owner (Carlos M*** ) came to my home with a letter he wanted me to sign before he give me the refund check.At first I refuse to sign the statement because it was only part trueThen he stated I see you in court,so I said that fine with meBut my wife persuaded me to sign the statement to close the matter.So to resolve this matter I signed the letterp.sI just want the truth to be told.The owner is not being truthful on this matter

Long Creek Construction was contracted to complete three projects for Mr. [redacted]. The contract pertaining to the work on the customer’s existing patio was to extend the patio for approximately one foot. The existing patio was not level, and repeated efforts to level the patio were...
