I purchased a Hook Smart Home Hub via [redacted]  on October 25, Recently I began having issues with Hook operatingThe light which indicates its status would blink rapidly and the hub would not respond as intended to operate remote control outlets throughout my homeI tried resetting the Hook as their site instructs in support documents but the issues continuedNow the Hook will not even power onWhen I plug it in there is a quick flash of red light on the indicator and then it shuts offI have made multiple attempts to contact support about this matterI emailed them and didn't receive a reply for over a monthI then tried other methods including submitting a ticket on their website, going to the user forums, and sending a message via AmazonI still have not received a reply to help resolve my issueThe generic reply emails I get when sending messages say to expect a response within hrsWhen I submitted a message on their site it had a pop up that said I would

The device they sell (Hook Smart Home Hub) no longer works with *** *** The company has ceased all communication with customers--they have not responded to support tickets, *** messages, or queries on their own support forums for weeks Consumers are speculating they are out of business and that service will never be restored Yet they continue to sell these devices online at both *** and their own web sales

I purchased company's product, HookProduct was delivered many months late, but initially worked when I finally received it mid-April Product failed in less than monthsI contacted supportSupport told me on 6-29-they had seen similar issues from other customers' Hooks (the name of the product) as wellQuote from support: "Sorry to hear your Hook having trouble connecting to WiFi out of nowhereWe have had at least two other reports of similar issueWe do not know yet what could be causing thisWe are working with Particle (chip manufacturer) to fix this." Support sent me a set of instructions which I followed and attempted multiple times (at least 40-times)Did not workI immediately informed Support via email on 6-29-that their suggested fix did not work for meI did not hear from Support again for almost weeks, when I received a reply on 7-11-Quote from Support: "The device keys need to be invalidated in the cloudIt is an easy fix now we know
