This company is terrible I bought a sample product from them and no where did it state how to cancel any future orders and it did not state that I had to cancel within days in order to not have to pay the full $for the product! Unbelievable! I am NOT about to pay $for something that I had no clue about! The man I spoke with on the phone said he could not issue a refund because it was after the days He even admitted that it was not stated in the terms and conditions about the day trial I NEVER received an email or any other additional information about the product saying that I would be charged the rest of the money for the product I told them I was not paying the money and after trying to barter a return percentage with me I asked for a manager Apparently, there was not one available when I called I continued to tell them I will NOT be paying them the $and finally they offered me a refund IF I mail the sample product back to them How ridiculous!

Same story, I canceled my subscription days after initially placing the $order, and THE SAME DAY they charged me $to my account WITHOUT permissionI called and said this is not correct and they offered me first a 15% refund, I told them no this is fraud and I will get my bank involved, i'm not payingThen the rep offered me 30%, then 50% and then finally after minutes of telling him I was going to press charges he gave me the adress to send the product back to, and said I would have a full refund in 5-business daysI'll be keeping a close eye on my card until thenabsolute crazyness, don't even get involved!!!!
Keralox told me that they would refund the money that they were ever so eager to take out of my account WITHOUT my permission, but have yet to refund it after telling them I will get my lawyer involvedWhen I asked them for the address to send back the trial sized bottle, they told me to look it up online and then hung up on meThey are the worst company to deal with, and I will get a legal case started if they do not refund my money
This company is horrible to work withNot only is the product not what they say with zero results but it took me two months of calling and calling and hounding them and jumping through hoops to get only half of a returnDefinitely not worth it and it is next to impossible to get any retribution for the awful experience

Horrible I ordered there free bottle how ever it is not free. Fine print it is a 14 day trial part of this is you shipping also so you have maybe 10 days to try the product who could even notice a difference without trying a full bottle this is [redacted]

This is absolutely ridiculous! They charged me $90 for not sending my FREE TRIAL BOTTLE back unopened and unused. They so deceitful and horrible, what a SCAM. I cannot believe how ridiculous this is, and there is absolutely no what to contact anyone to speak with. They took their email off of their website. and you cannot talk with anyone on their phone lines, its all automated with no chance to even talk to anyone. What a trash company.
