Keratin scam and advertisementMy husband bought me a $doll groupon from Keratinxperts once I got there [redacted] wanted to charge me extra ( which would make a regular keratin value if you add the gropon with the extra $doll you can get any elsewhere)He said he only use group on for advertisement to get people there Also he mentioned I should bought through them directHe was rude and asked me to leave This is my second time purchasing group on ( last year they had honored the price on groupon add this year I walked out of the salon, with less gas on my car and a sitter to paySCAM!!!! They say $value no value at all if you can't use it He was very aware of the scam because he said I can call gropoun and they would refund me the $This definitely has happened before over and over I bet!!!! Now I have to wait business days for my refund

BEWARE: Sent my teenage daughter that's in town for Winter break there for a simple haircut (I even called first to confirm the price) - it took 15-minutes for the cutWhen the hairdresser asked her if she wanted a blow dry she told him no but apparently they don't like that and proceeded to blow dry her hair anywaysWhen it was said and done they wanted her to pay over $for what they had said was $on the phonePurchased a groupon to bring the price down but that's HORRIBLE that they would take advantage of her like thatAfter posting this review on facebook they tried to tell me that my daughter was lying to me even though I presented the text messages that my daughter was sending while this was actually going on

My husband bought me a $89 doll groupon from Keratinxperts once I got there [redacted] wanted to charge me extra ( which would make a regular keratin value if you add the gropon with the extra $40 doll you can get any elsewhere). He said he only use group on for advertisement to get people there . Also he mentioned I should bought through them direct. He was rude and asked me to leave. This is my second time purchasing group on ( last year they had honored the price on groupon add this year I walked out of the salon, with less gas on my car and a sitter to pay. SCAM!!!! They say $200 value .... no value at all if you can't use it. He was very aware of the scam because he said I can call gropoun and they would refund me the $. This definitely has happened before over and over I bet!!!! Now I have to wait 10 business days for my refund
