Be very clear on what they are doing and what it will cost. They were supposed to have pumped out the septic system before we bought our house. They only pumped out the second tank. Then we started having water back up into the house and I called them out to pump out the tank again. The driver suggested that we had a second tank. We found the second tank full. He never told me that it was more to pump out a second tank. They told me that it was going to be $265 and they charged me $400, which is their cost for pumping 2 tanks. I called the owner and suggested that he have his office staff tell their customers that they should get a lay out of the septic field so they understand what is needed. He said that they do not have time for that. So what that is telling me is that he does not have time for good customer service. He will send out a driver to do exactly what you tell them to do. So you better understand septic and drain fields to know what they are charging you. They also charge you $40 for each septic tank cover they have to dig out.
The driver was helpful and patient about explaining what he was doing. The office staff was helpful to a point but I got no call when they told me that it would cost $265 and they had to charge me $400. The owner was abrupt and not helpful.
Both tanks should have been pumped out before we bought the house. The driver should have told me he had to charge me $400. The office staff should have called me to tell me that they were charging me $400. The owner should have at least told me they would work on the learning opportunities of their employees. I screwed up by giving them my debit card number trusting them.
I will not be using their services again.
