Kerley Special Touch

I over paid for a cpap machine and they refuse to reimburse me the correct amount. I paid 1540.00 and eob states that patient responsibility is 195.24
On 12/26/2017 I paid up front for a cpap machine b/c I was told that Kerley was unable to get a response from *** insurance about deductible, adjustments, patient responsibility, etc and I wanted to purchase before the end of the year when my deductible started over. I was told I would get reimbursement when they heard from the insurance company. I waited several months and never heard anything. I called multiple times and left messages. No one ever returned my calls. I went in person and was told the delay was due b/c ther had been a death in the family, they had moved, the owner's husband had cancer and they had filed it under the wrong code. I was told they would send a partial payment soon. I waited until the end of the month and did not receive it. I sent an email asking them when I would receive partial payment. She said she was going to send it all at once when they got the new estimation of benefits from ***. After I received the new EOB, I asked them if they had received theirs and to let me know when I would receive my reimbursement. They said they had not received it. I sent them my copy months ago. I paid $1540.00. Kerley accepted a discount of 1121.23, which leaves payment due of $418.77. Insurance paid 223.53 and patient responsibility is $195.24. That covers the amount owed. If I only owed 195.24, I should be reimbursed 1540.00 - 195.24, which comes to 1344.76. Instead, they only sent me the $223.53 that *** sent them. I verified all of this with ***. Kerley did not answer my last few emails concerning this.
