I reviewed *** *** repair with our Body Shop MgrShaneWe repaired her vehicle to the Insurance company's estimateWe noted during the repair that there was prior damage to the right fender and headlight unrelated to the accidentWe repaired the vehicle and did experience an issue with the
bumper that additional parts were ordered for and installedAfter our repair ** *** was still dissatisfied with the bumper and we inspected it only to find that the new bumper that had been installed had been bumped intoWe picked up her vehicle at least times to inspect her problems from her work to help ease her frustrationWe then after doing all we could called in her Insurance adjuster to make sure the job met his approval as well and it didI reviewed the photographic evidence file we keep of the repair and believe we did the job right and truly tried to meet all of our obligations to ** ***I'm sorry she is not happy with our work but I am convinced we did all we could for herSincerely, Richard K***, PresKern Motor CoInc
