message on her voicemail to call the office. As of today 06/30/2015 I have not heard from her. I am going to call today again if I do not hear from her. Also the frame the patient wanted us to use was a frame that was at least 6 years old. I called the company to purchase a new frame but that frame is no longer available. Doctor [redacted] is willing to settle this situation.
