on 4/29/15 for progress exams, (indicating improved skin condition), and on 6/04/14 when Mr. Verraras complained he himself had contracted staph. sp. MERSA from [redacted]. However, at that time [redacted] was non-pruitic and his skin problem appeared to have cleared up. At that time I also recommended, if Mr. [redacted] still had concerns regarding Mersa for himself, he should consult with a Dermatologist since [redacted] appeared to have cleared up, but Mr. [redacted] still had concerns. I decided to change antibiotics and recheck [redacted] in 2 weeks. That was my last contact with Mr. [redacted], since he did not keep his follow up progress check.

Regarding Mr. [redacted]' claim that ! almost killed his dog and he had gained 30 lbs....0n 4/15/14 [redacted] weighed 89.8 lbs. When Dr. Bayer treated him on 7/30/14 he weighed 93.5 lbs., and an abbreviated blood panel was considered normal (see attached).
In response to your request I am sending you appropriate documentation you need to evaluate Mr. [redacted]' complaint. I would, however, state that my fees were appropriate for the work performed and expenses I incurred.
In my opinion it is not Revdex.com's purview to regulate my fees or litigate or arbitrate issues pertaining to Veterinary Medicine. I stand by my work and charges. They are appropriate and in accordance to standards, However, as indicated in my earlier correspondence, to satisfy Mr. [redacted]' demands and to find a middle ground, the $210.70 outstanding balance he ignored has been cancelled. Therefore, he now has a zero balance.
