Home renovations can be a major stress and we had our home redone from top to bottom while living in it. We had no issues with the crew and the entire process took nearly a year. We are happy with the results. We would use Kerr Karpentry again for any future home projects.

The Kerr Karpentry team have remade the entire inside of our home over the years. They removed and rebuilt our entire basement (after a flood) which involved installing a new powder room, staircase, walls, ceiling, lights, electrical panel, and flooring. They then redid our entire main floor - removing walls and putting them in new places, replacing the floor, adding ceiling lights, gutting and entirely rebuilding our kitchen. On yet another occasion, the team gutted and rebuilt our bathroom. They have re-insulated our attic and built our 6' fence. We keep asking Kerr Karpentry back because they do a thorough job, each evening they clean up their mess before they leave, the men have always been personable to have in our home, and we have always loved the end results. They are available to answer questions and point you in the right direction. We highly recommend Kerr Karpentry.

We had our bathroom completely redone by Kerr Karpentry and couldn't be happier with the result. They definitely are a great company to deal with. Everyone was very professional and their workmanship was exemplary. Even with an old house like ours, they made everything work the way we wanted and the result was stunning. From start to finish, they were attentive to what we had envisioned and made sure only quality materials were used.

Kerr Karpentry Ltd was excellent to work with in the construction of our garage. They managed the project from design through to construction and final inspection. They worked with us to manage construction costs and to help make design decisions to help stay within our budget. The on site crew were a great bunch of guys and kept the job site tidy and safe.
