Hello ***, while Kerr Properties, Incis not a member of the Revdex.com I felt I should respond to your complaintWe are very sorry that you are upset and that you feel you were mistreated, that is never our intentPlease understand that your application was denied due to poor credit as outlined in
the terms of the screening criteria that you read and acknowledged before you appliedI would like to point out a couple of things I feel are being misunderstood.First I would like to point out that the screening criteria form you read and acknowledged before you applied clearly states that the screening charge of $is non refundableI apologize if you misread that sectionWhen a party submits an incomplete application it is not accepted and it is emailed back to the applying party with detailed instructions as to what is needed before the application can be acceptedThis applies to all applicantsOnce a completed application is submitted we only process that party's application and we take the property off of the market until the screening process is completedIf that applicant is denied we then place the property back on the market for rent.On this Revdex.com complaint you state that you have another party that was willing to pay a portion of the rent and provide other assistance; if they called we could not speak with them as they were not the party that applied and your application wasn't denied for a lack of incomeEven though they were willing to help you financially unfortunately that doesn't change the fact that you failed to meet the terms for application approval as stated on the screening criteria which you read and acknowledged before paying the non refundable $screening charge and submitting your application.Lastly, when you called our office yesterday you spoke with the office manager and when she explained the situation to you again you cursed at her and hung up on herWhile we understand you are upset due to your application being denied and while we would love to rent to everybody we still have to abide by our screening criteria for all applicants, pursuant to Fair Housing lawsCalling our office and cursing at my office manager for doing her job is uncalled for.Thank you for your understanding.WSean K***, MPM RMPOwner - Kerr Properties, Inc

Hello ***, even though we are not a member of the Revdex.com I am choosing to respond to this complaint. As of yesterday, Wednesday Feb7th, at 3:pm, you were sent an email stating that we had received the required documents from you for your companion animals and the home owner was told
we were rescinding the noticeIf you did not receive the email please check your spam / junk folder for ***@***.com. We did not receive your documents at the time you applied for the home nor at the time of the rental agreement signing and your application shows nothing about any animals that would be staying at the property with youOnce we found out that you had two pitbulls we had no choice but to send the violation letterYou have since then provided the necessary info showing they are companion animals. With regard to your complaint about Niki, she is doing her job with sending out violation notices for a van being parked on the lawn, which also was not listed on your rental agreement or application as belonging to youViolation letter for an unauthorized occupant, violation letter for a lack of response to our vendors to perform needed work, among other thingsWe are sorry you feel she is harassing you but she is just doing the job she was hired for.Thank you for your time.WSean K***, MPM RMP

Hello [redacted], We were unaware that the vendors needed to access your property to view the damage as it was our understanding that it could be seen from the property that we manage. We will be speaking with our vendors regarding this. Unfortunately since we do not own the property the...

process is not instantaneous. Once the downed tree and fence were reported we sent work orders to three contractors as well as three arborists' to supply bids for our client, the property owner of [redacted]. Per our contract with our client we obtain a minimum of two estimates if the job is over a certain dollar amount. The downed tree and fence were reported to our office on Dec. 16th 2016 and work orders were issued the same day. We received our third arborist estimate on Jan 3rd 2017 and the third fence estimate on Jan. 24th 2017. Part of the delay in this was due to the Christmas and New Years Holidays as well as the ice and snow that we had. Once we received the tree removal estimates all three were scanned to our client on Jan 3rd 2017 and then the fence estimates were scanned to our client on Jan 24th 2017.Our client authorized the tree removal on Jan 5th 2017 and that job was completed on Jan. 23rd 2017. Our client then approved the fence estimate on Feb. 2nd 2017 and that approved vendor informed us yesterday that he plans to have the job completed sometime this week.I am sorry that you feel we are the worst property management company but please understand that we are bound by our clients wishes and the terms of our management agreement. We also have no control over our vendors schedules.Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review.
