I am rejecting this response because:When the business called me, she was rude and yelled at me.  Of course I became angry, she was treating me like horribly.  I felt like I was being verbally attacked, so I wanted a refund from her.  You do not call a customer yelling at them over the phone.  This is bad business. The post was removed, and I still have nothing from this company.  No prints, no email to approve the product, nothing.  So, she is not holding her end of the contract.  I understand that this is a small business, but this is not how clients should be treated.  I I spoke to her personally about [redacted] going to model for an agency, and I asked permission to use her prints, which I do not have. She also never answered my question.  She did, however, talk about the girls she was shooting and how a certain young lady needed to eat.  She proceeded to tell my daughter that she would have to lose weight.According to the Federal Trade Commission, I had three days to request a refund as a consumer.  I acted well within the three day time period.  I asked verbally, as well as in writing.  It is my right as a consumer to receive a refund within that period.  When a customer requests a refund within the three days, the company has ten days to refund the customer.  I have not received my refund.  The tenth day was on February 5, 2018.  I am very disturbed that this has had to go this far.  However, I have learned a lot about the character of [redacted] and her photography business.
