I am rejecting this response because: What Ms*** submitted is
laughable and juvenile. Again, nothing was provided at the time of the order except a hand written receipt on a generic note pad. No contract, no order, no nothing. She shows up barefoot in November, then asks to walk though my house in her winter boots? Who does that?What she failed to submit was her language of how she is "tired of receiving text messages", and now "you are getting on my nerves". This is NOT how professional businesses communicate to customers. Ms. *** needs to grow up, start acting like she knows how to run a business AND communicate in a professional manner. She seems so have anger issues.I recently sent her email on two blinds that are wrong on my order, and have not heard back from her, at all. She has been paid in full, and imagine that, now she won't back up her services. One of the blinds was cut short from the factory and not her fault. The other blind however, was ordered incorrectly and she needs to correct this.I would not recommend any of my friends or family to do business with her. In fact, I will be contacting the business that recommended her and offering my experience with this unprofessional in home service provider. I need communication to occur, to replace the two blinds, by Jan12. This is more than sufficient time for Ms*** to respond and act on her goods and services.***
