I never write a review, but I think I should warn prospective purchasers of what they may be up against, I waited months because I wanted to post a fair assessment of our buying experience with Ronnie B***'s Kerrville RVOKHere goes: We live in Illinois, so we traveled to Kerrville, Tx to pick up our Winnebago View the end of May Kerrville RV assured us and their website states that ALL RVs are thoroughly inspected They state that their business is built on Quality, service and trustThe RV service guy said he had been under the unit and it was 'really clean'(My husband is now walking with a cane or else he would have totally checked it out.) We drove directly home (3days) and parked the unit under our overhangThe next morning I washed and waxed the top and moved the Motorhome back under the overhangSpots of oil on the drivewayWhat a let downI called Ronnie B***'s and was referred to ToddI explained the situation and he gave the impression that they would take care of it if it wasn't covered under the chassis warrantyI emailed to ask him if I could have that in writingNo responseThat night I called his cell phone, - quite upsetHe finally called back and I again requested that he state in an email that they would take care of the needed repairsHis reply to me was, 'How do I know you didn't rev the engine too hard? Very nice people until you drive it off their lotWe are still fighting that oil leak months later!! We also paid them to have their 'engineers' install two additional seat beltsLast evening was the first time we took our grandchildren with usThe two seat belts they installed were only long enough for our yr old!!! Total waste of $$$We don't want you to get stuck! Check everything out before you pull out of their lot!!!
