I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.We provided specific reference to the Universal Plumbing Code per your request to show how the tub was not installed according to standard practice and code. This states the unit was required to be installed per manufacturer's installation instructions and was not. Further, the tub was modified and the modification/defect concealed from usUPC is also very specific, as is the installation guide, with reference to the requirement that the pump have direct access and it does not.The one year warranty *** keeps referencing does not apply. The issues were only recently discovered and we reached out to *** to alert him*** told us he would contact his insurance company and then ceased all contact. We ask that *** Plumbing reach out to us at this time and answer the complaint
