Review: We hired Kerry White to refinish our hardwood floors. We gave him 50%. Deposit. We cannot reach him or will he return calls. We are living in a shell downstairs with no place to sit or eat. He has not come to do the job we contracted him for. He just vanished. We have a signed contract.Desired Settlement: $1400 our deposit returned
