Review: My mother, [redacted], resides at [redacted]. There has been NO HEAT for 5 days now. I called the corp. office in Cleveland, and asked for a return call to let me know when this problem would be fixed, no one has returned my call.This situation is not acceptable and I want [redacted] to be held responsible. I am [redacted] daughter, [redacted], and I am speaking for my mother. Phone # and email address are mine. Thank you.Desired Settlement: We want to deduct the days of NO HEAT, off my mother's rent. She has lived at [redacted] for 20 years now and has never late on her rent.
