Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/06/11) */ Barron Ross Corporation takes customer service very seriouslyThe original caseworker we assigned to help this family had an emergency health situation which required immediate surgery and failed to inform anyone within the company that she had totally dropped the ball on the matter Upon hearing that our client's son did not feel that his family was receiving the customer service they expected, we involved our manager of the case workers to handle the case directlyHe immediately contacted both of our client's sons and discussed expediting the case for their motherHe assured them he would personally handle their mother's application and expedite the processThey seemed pleased with this and our worker immediately hand delivered the signature page of the application as well as the change of representative form and strategy letter to the main post office in [redacted] to ensure the packet went out in the current days mail Our manager then followed up on June 2, with both sons to confirm that they had received the strategy letter as well as the formsAttempts were again made on June 3, 2015, but [redacted] did not return our callAgain, on June 4, 2015, a messages were left for [redacted] , with no return calls Finally on June 5, 2015, we called [redacted] and he stated he had not had time to check his mail and asked if we could call him back the following weekOn June 9, we again attempted to determine if he received our letter and again left a message on both his mobile phone and home phone voice mails On June 10, 2015, [redacted] finally returned our numerous calls and stated that he had met with this brother and they felt that they did not want to move their mother into a skilled nursing facility at this timeWe suggested that we complete our work to at least get her qualified for Medi-Cal so that her medical bills would be coveredThis would also make the process of obtaining Entitlement Benefits much easier when the family decided she would be moved into a facility [redacted] thought that was a good ideaHowever, a few minutes later, we received a message that he wanted to cancel the contract Unfortunately, despite our considerable efforts to expedite the case, and our numerous attempts to contact Mr [redacted] , he has informed us that he now no longer desires our servicesIt is unfortunate that anyone has a poor experience with our companyWe have decided that, despite our written agreement and the express clause which states no refunds are available once our client has received the strategy letter outlining how to meet the various rules and regulations pertaining to their estate, we would provide our client with a refundIt is unfortunate that despite our further efforts and expense to please our clients, they decided to change the direction of where they were going to place their mother and not utilize our services at this time We hope that this will adequately resolve the matter with the Revdex.com as we pride ourselves on our A+ rating Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (2000, 12, 2015/07/01) */ 7-1- Sent via email: Barron Ross Case Resolution After filing my complaint with the Revdex.com, Barron Ross's president [redacted] personally called us to apologizeHe informed us that normally cases didn't nearly take as long as ours and that he would see that our case would get the attention that it deservesAfter assigning another representative to assist in our case things got movingWe collected the information that was needed and things moved along After we assembled our documentation my family determined that Barron Ross' services didn't work for our needs at this time, this mostly involved transferring my mothers assets into either to my brother or myselfAt this time that did not work for either of us, things might change in the futureAs a result we asked for our money back, [redacted] personally called and again apologized, he also offered to give us advice should we need itHe then sent a check for a full refund I believe that our case fell through the cracks at Barron Ross, which sometimes happens, due to unusual circumstancesOnce alerted to the problem the Barron Ross people moved pretty fast to resolve my caseAnd when we decided that their services didn't work for us at this time they didn't hesitate to honor their pledge of refunding our moneyI think that as always you should see if your circumstances will work for this service and if they do work, Barron Ross will do a good job of helping you through dealing with the stressful situation of aging parents and what ot do whats best for them and the rest of your family

Upon hearing that our client's son did not feel that his family was receiving the customer service they expected, we involved our manager of the case workers to handle the case directly. Barron Ross Case Resolution.
After filing my complaint with the Revdex.com, Barron Ross's president [redacted] personally called us to apologize.
