Joe Gasper, owner, has repeatedly failed to follow through on commitments he made in writing and verbally to resolve several issues related to work that his employees performed at our beach house in [redacted] ** These include: 1) overcharging for tile used on the job ($charged versus approximately $actual cost); failure to fix problem with wall tile that prevented plumber from completing his work; and 3) failure to take away pile of trash left by workers He also made commitments to perform work on specific days and then abruptly changed them, creating problems for me and other contractors working on our house
