Jeremy *** to purchase his standing timberBob *** goes tosawmills in the area to see who is interested in buying timber he has purchasedWe gave him abid and he accepted itBob asked if we could pay his down payment directly to ***,so we didWhat Bob pays for the timber contract is between *** *** *** *** and***don't know what he pays for the jobWe deal directly with Bob on what sizesand species we are contracted to cut.We did have Bob and our forester check on the jobOur forester and Bob said theloggers were doing a good jobAlso noted, there were some trees that were in the size limitthat were not cut but could have beenOne thing that needed to be done was clear some ofthe trailsThe logger left some tops in the trails so it would be easier for Jeremy to cutfirewoodThe logger has taken care of thisJust a note, when logging a woods, it is not going tolook the same after the cutting is finishedOur logger has worked for us for - years anddoes a good job.As far as *** coming up with the figures on footages, there were many loads thatwere not all logsThere were also loads of pulp, firewood and boltsSome of the logs includedlow grade aspen, which normally would be put into pulpThe pulp market was bad, so we hadto put them into logs.What *** needs to be doing is contacting *** *** *** *** which they hadthe contract through and not slamming our company illegally, when we do not have a contractwith ***We did our job according to the contract we had with ***will talk to Bob *** to see if he can do anything
