I stayed at the Cove at the Atlantis Casino & Resort in Bahamas on Dec 8th through Dec 11thI was overcharged, employees were unprofessional and rude I credit card was charged $They put a hold of $on my card$on my mother's card and $on my sister's cardThey also tried to get me to put a cash deposit chargedOne of the rooms were comped so no charges should have been required for the roomThe rooms were not suites or what we were suppose to get but a standard studio roomThe rooms were suppose to be right next to each other and that was not the caseThe rooms were dirty and bugs were foundMy sister had an allergic reaction and a huge bite mark and hives on her arms and faceShe showed it to the manager of the hotel and cleaningThe manager of housekeeping found bugs in the room and the hotel would not change the room or do anything about itMy sister had to spend money on medication and still has a huge mark on her face from this bite or reactionBugs we
