Per system records there was an error in the shipping address when it was entered into our systemWe did not receive notification from the complainant regarding the delay in shipment until after the charges for the products were billed to the complainantThe orders were entered into our
system on March 8, and the charges for those products were billed on March 23, We did not receive any communication from the complainant until March 26, Per system records we received the two returned products due to the error in the address as returns on April 1, and the complainant had filed a charge back on the charges on April 5, Because the dispute is currently active on the accountWe are unable to issue any further refunds at this time and all information has been provided to the financial institution

Unfortunately, our Trial program does not work like thatAs agreed to by the Terms and Conditions of the original order, we send the customer a 30-Day supply of product for the price of shipping as part of a Day Trial, which begins the date of the orderThey have Days from the date of the
order to try the product and decide if they would like to continue receiving it monthlyIf the customer decides that you do not wish to receive the product monthly, all they need to do is call or email our Customer Care center and we are happy to cancel the Trial However, we did not receive a cancellation request in the Day time frame, so we charge the full price for the product that was ordered

institution. Because the dispute has already been filed with the financial institution we are unable to issue any refunds at this time as we try to prevent multiple credits on a single transaction. All communication regarding the charge will be sent directly to the financial institution when it is requested. The subscription has been cancelled and all further shipments and charges have been cancelled.
