On March 17th 2021 I attempted to make an online payment of $69.29 on your site to the above mentioned company. The first time I tried, the final step just kept loading with no result. So I tried again for a $70.00 payment and this time, it gave me an error message and told me to try again later. I waited another 10 min. and tried again. This time the payment went through for $69.29.
When I went to my email to check to see an email confirmation, to my dismay, all three payments had gone through.
I called your number for help. The young lady was very helpful. She assured me that she could stop the two extra payments of $69.29 and $70.00.
This morning I looked at my bank account and found that all three payments had gone through!
I am unable to get a hold of the company that handles the Kesar account.
