Thank you for bringing this concern to our attentionWe have been in business for over years and pride ourselves on taking care of our customersThe ***' vehicle was scheduled for customer complaint of replace steering rack and pinion upon scheduling this appointment the customer stated that "another shop had changed a tire and ruined his steering rack" The original estimate for this job at the time the appointment was scheduled for was $When the vehicle was dropped off for this appointment, the customer requested that we check and see why there was no heatAs we were replacing the rack and pinion it was noted there was a safety issue of l lower ball jointDuring the customer's scheduled appointment the rack and pinion was replaced, as well as the l lower ball joint and the heater core was flushed as on this vehicle this is the first test/check that is performed when the complaint is of no heatWhen flushing out the heater core a garden hose with no pressure was used and vehicle was refilled with anti-freezeThe total for all above services came to $which was less than the original quoteCustomer paid in full at time of vehicle pick upIt was noted on the invoice there were large amounts of build up in the cooling system, the heater core was plugged up again, flushed it out, but will not lastCustomer left w/vehicle on the evening of June 12thOn either June 13th or 14th, the customer called back stating we messed up his heater coreWe told him to being the vehicle back and we would look at it to see what was going onVehicle was dropped back off at our shopOn June 15th, customer was notified that vehicle was again ready for pick upOn this service date we noted the heater hose/tube assembly had a pinhole in itAs this is an item we had previously replaced (2.25.15), we completed this service as a warranty job, customer was charged dollars for this service dateOn June 19th customer called in to say the vehicle quit runningCustomer was advised to return the car to our shop at his expense and we would check it out, and if it is something that was related to the two previous services we would fix at our expenseUpon inspection, it is noted that this vehicle is leaking anti-freeze from the front of the engine between the timing cover and engine blockThere is a gasket located here that can deteriorate over timeCustomer was notified that this issue is not related to the previous two issues that were corrected at our facilityIt was noted by our shop the thermostat has been replaced by a shop or individual other than ours which indicates there has been a heat/cooling system problem previouslyCustomer also noted to us the Ford garage told him to dump something in the cooling systemThe customer makes immediate accusations on this facility during each additional encounter and has been the opposite of cordial through allAt this time, the vehicle is not able to be drivenWe would be willing to have the vehicle towed at our expense within a mile radiusPlease have Mr [redacted] call to make this arrangement as soon as possibleAt this time there is no money owed to our shop(Vehicle history report available upon request.)

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Everything that Kessler's auto care (not legible) is a lieI never told him anything pertaining to flushing my cooling systemI told him to check my heat, to see if the flap on my inside of the car was workingIts not allow the hear inFor him to check and let me knowHe said he used a water hose: well water hoses have pressure and when he saw a large build up in the cooling system before flushing why didn't you ask me, I didn't ask you to do it and you hide also from the Revdex.comThe first time they worked on my car the same thing happen, when I got home my cooling system needed to be replaced by them, they said my heater core was bustedthey replace that less than months ago brand newSo tell me especially when professional mechanics clearly told me, when I called and asked how could the elbow of the heater core have a hole like it did he told me by it being pressured by a flushMy thermostat has never been worked onHid lieing butt made that accusation up when I told him when car overheated the water was rushing out of sealed revision I told him I knew when that happens water not getting to the motor and noticed there was no water pressure, I could (not legible) it I asked the person who was helping us to get the car from Lancaster said, a mechanic that means your thermostat is stuck, that's just what I told Keesler, then he yells oh so you had some one put in a thermostat I said dude fix my car and I hung upThe problem hes telling you now the gasket he did that because when he called my wife he told me got the car started but now you water pump (not legible) and a gasket is leakingAgain he did something without checking the line that he clogged when he flushed it.All that building (not legible) off into the system without my permissionAnyone knows a cars with ace and that situation flushing would cause damage.Just like when I told him why did you flush it, I didn't tell you to mess with my cooling systems I told to to check it onlyHe said I was doing you a favorThey cause the damage never once fixed it after they damage it, even tried to sabotage the (not not legible) (not legible) cause the day I took it to get the oil change the second time when it leaked (not legible)The (not legible) told me who put it in your power steering fluid I told them Kessler who just gave it to me they did the gasket (not legible)he said and I can get a sign (not legible) that it was way to much fluidIt could have been a disaster, he told me he took out as much of the access he couldKessler and his (not legible) scam people fix can and make save you come back for a (not legible) they found but I know they (not legible) care to heard fromAll the testing he states hes (not legible)( thatI'm taking them to court and will beyond a shadow a doubt winYou have whats in (not legible) does it look like a I agreed for him to tamper with the system by flushing it I don't think soSincerely [redacted] *** Oh! also notice he didn't tell you that the water pump was not working it wasn't working cause build up destroyed it clogged itSo you make the callyou flush a system and still clogged heater core wont lastBrand new heater core and pipes did yrs agoSince the time they renewed the cooling system, supposedly brand new it never overheated, never needed any work downBring it to them (word rejected by the Revdex.com) (not legible) Regards, [redacted] And [redacted] ***
