I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint
ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The manager called me on 7/13/to discuss what happenedShe seemed very apologetic and wanting to resolve this issue and make things right with meShe offered to send me and my wife a $gift card for the poor service and for not being allowed to return the pizza for a full refund. Her store is only minutes from my home and as of today 7/23/I have still not received my gift cardI do not understand why it takes her over a week to get this out to me

Business response taken over the phone by Revdex.com staff 7/23/15. Talked to consumer last week and the consumer was sent a gift card for $to make up for his dissatisfaction over his pizza
