They took my money out on 5-19-20 4.98 for the trial then on June 3, 89.98 out of my account. I have never received any product and I want my money!
I have never received any product and I keep calling them to get my money back and they telling me I have to wait for the original trail to come and then send it back to them before they can return my money. Well, they have had my money since May and I have never received anything from them. I want my money back from them.

If I could I would give them a MINUS 10 rating! Why are they not being shut down?

Company never sent product and charged me 94.70. When I called they would refund the money just said they would still mail product and hung up.
Charged credit card and didn't send product ordered on 4/4/2020. I called and they said wouldn't refund but would send trial product. Charged for trial they never sent plus 94.70.

This is not the product I ordered - I ordered Keto - I received Keto Boost there was no invoice in the package; so there is no place I can return item
I want to return item and get refund on money paid.

On 9/27/19 I placed an order for 1 bottle of Keto Boost for the price of $39.99 as advertised on the website. I was immediately charged $198.70.
on 9/27/19 I was over charged for Keto Boost, a product that I did not receive. I was very clear with the representative, when I called them to advise that I had only ordered one bottle at the price of $39.99. I told her I did not wish to be charged $198.70. I did not even have that balance in my account to pay. I was assured that I would receive a full refund for the difference of $160.00. Never did they express that I would be waiting for my refund, nor did they express a timeline. I waited 18 days, and the refund did not appear back to my account. I called and inquired about my refund, and I was assured that I would receive my money in 30 business days, as this was the standard wait time. I have called several times, and I am promised a refund, but no money has been returned to my account. I have called at least five times and each time they tell me my refund is being reviewed by management, but they do not allow me to speak to anyone other than a floor Supervisor, who does not resolve anything and basically says the same line over and over just to put off the refund. I am extremely frustrated and tired of hearing their lies, and run around. I just need support getting this matter resolved, as they are not providing me with any other recourse, or person I can escalate this to so I may resolve it.

I was overcharged money and never received the refund.
I ordered Keto boost on 9/23/19. The original order was buy three bottles get two free. Each bottle was 39 dollars plus change. After I made the purchase I went to my account and saw I was charged 198 dollars which was the full price for all five bottles. I immediately called them back and she tried to tell me that was the cost. I told her that was a scam and that I wanted it fixed or my money back. She convinced me into the one bottle one free at 69 dollars and they would refund me 128 dollars and some change. I agreed to that. I did receive the one bottle and one free but have never received my refund. I have called them at least five times and each time they tell me my refund will be sent. I even asked to talk to their supervisor and he said I would get the refund in 2 to 3 days. It has now been close to three weeks and I'm so tired of calling them and hearing their lies. They have even hung up on me. I told them I wanted to try the product but I just want my refund of 128 dollars back. This is so wrong and makes me never want to order again. Makes me wonder how many others they have done this to. My card number it was put on is *** XXXX XXXX XXXX . I just want my refund back. Companies should be fined when they make fraudulent charges like this. I hope you can help. Thanks so much.

Charged full price for two "free" trial products.
On 9/28/19 I ordered a "free" trial of Keto Boost and Keto Detox from https://getketoboost.com/promo and paid the $13.75 shipping charge. This morning I found charges to my bank account for $89.94 and $89.91. The sample products made me ill, therefore I did not make an order for any more of the products. Went to my bank to protest the charge. The bank officer gave me a number to call as I could not find one on my invoice. I called 800-713-5580. Spoke with "Reya" who informed me the charges were for the product I received as they did not offer free samples. $179.85 means doing without medicines I need for my diabetes. Please help.

False advertising I'm 70 years old signed up for a free trial my information didn't go through I put it in twice they charged me not the $69 they even advertised but $169 for two bottles and then wouldn't take my cancellation when I called to cancel still fighting for my money back

Company does not return phone call.
09/27/19 Problem date o9/27/19 Placed an order for one month supply of the product which should have been $48 I checked my AMEX statement and there is a charge of $198.70. I did call Amex they are going to work on the problem also, however I am complaing that they made such an outrage charge without telling me. How can they get away with such a terrible thing? I am a senior citizen and I feel that I have been taken for a fool.

Did not receive a product I paid for.
On 6.4.19, I visited this site, https://insidenewsdaily.com/keto-bride-us/?o=1176&sxid=6hqxvb5maytz&c=aw8t4 and decided to order the Keto Boost from this site, https://getketoboost.com/promo/v1/index.php?AFFID=V1&C1=3&C2=#a&C3=a and never received it. On 6.10.19, I emailed the company, asking, where was my order, that same day, they replied with a tracking number, showing it was delivered on the 8th and I replied back, stating I never received it and what do I do at that moment. On 6.13.19, I called the company, explaining, I never received it and the agent said it was delivered. I told her, I never received it and if one can be shipped to me. She stated, I must first, file a claim with the postal service and call back with my claim #. On 7.31.19, I called back, letting them know, I still have yet to receive my order and that's when the run around commenced. I was told because I cancelled the monthly subscriptions, that's why it was never received, yet they claim it was delivered on the 8th. She went on to tell me, I had to reactivate the subscription and when I received my trial, to call back within 14 days to cancel, if I did not want to keep receiving them. I asked for a supervisor and she, basically, said the same thing, also, mentioning, I could not receive my $6.94 credited back to my card, nor will my trial be shipped unless I reactivated the subscription. I informed the supervisor, named Iris (sp), I would be contacting the Revdex.com. My order number is XXXXX and the postal claim number is XXXXXXX.

I requested a "trial sample" bottle of Ketoboost and received it and also a KetoDetox which I did not want,together in the same box. I did NOT send for the KetoDetox. To make insult to injury, I was billed TWO separate S/H charges of &6.91 and $6.94...when shipped in the SAME BOX !

THEN on June 19th, 2019, I saw that my credit card was charged TWO charges of $89.91 and $89.94!!!!!!!

When I inquired about these charges, I was told that I did not cancel"MY ORDER" within the ten day trial period and that's why I was charged these amounts!!! I had never ORDERED anything. I was taking a FREE trial Of ONE bottle and have emails that I would be charged only $6.81 TOTAL.

When I tried to get a refund I was told NO. Then they agreed to give me a $40 credit for each one if I returned the unopened bottles.
I now have mailed these TWO Bottles back and this cost ME $9.22.
I still am out All this money, when all I agree to for a free sample was $6.81
I feel this company stole from me. I want a full refund.
