I want to do a return so I need to contact them for an RMA none of their phones work and have not worked for a week since July 1st
Need contact to get an RMA for a refund phones do not work
To be able to contact them to get an RMA to refund a product their phones have not worked since I have been calling on the 3rd of July
I was finally able to get a hold of them(Keto Engage Supervisor) 24 to 48 hours later and have spoke to them so I think things are good now since I spoke to them and they gave me time to get an RMA
I tried to order this product 2 times and both times said card declined, but a day later in the moddle of the night a charge of 199.96 was charged!
I did not authorize that amount, called and talked to customer service and got 98.99 refunded. I still have not received this product and phone number is no longer valid. I would like my money back! This order was placed on 6/15 order number XXXXXX
I have been tried to call all phone numbers are not in service
I agreed to buy 6 bottles for $29.99 . I was shipped 10 bottles for $349.93 please help
June 12 2020 I ordered keto engaged 6 bottle package. Order XXXXXX I paid by credit card . They shipped 10 bottles instead of 6 charging me for product I cannot afford. I tried calling to explain I didn't authorize this purchase. I can't afford this if there is anything you can do I appreciate it. I'm on a fixed income have hard time making it. Please help
I will be happy to send all the bottles back if necessary. I wish they would do the right thing pay me back $310.94
I was way over charged for the diet pills, I had no way to stop it.
6/21/20 I received an email about keto engaged diet pills, 3 bottles for $49.99, I thought I would try them. I entered my info and went to place the order but never got a page telling me what I was ordering or how much, it went straight to order conformation. I got 2 emails thanking me for my order, one was for $119.96 and the other for $199.97, I about had a heart attack!! I called the company but they were closed, I called monday morning I was told that I could not cancel the order, I had to wait 2 week to get the pills then I could start a return. I tried to speak with a supervisor and was told she was one. I called my bank and asked them to stop the payments but they could not, they did cancel my debit card so they can't take anymore money off of it. I know it was stupid of me to think I could try the pills for $50 but that is what I thought, never did I excpect to pay $320 and be treated like *** from the lady who works for the company that just stole money from me!!
