Scammers! Did not order this product. They say I ordered a trial supply in April, which is true. At that time I told them I did not want any auto shipments, and they said there would be none unless I ordered them. Received unwanted and unordered shipment for which they will be charging me $200.00 for!! They do not take returns and I finally got some "cancellation numbers" so my account is closed. VERY unhappy with both product, sales pitch and "customer service". I will try to take it up with my charge card company.

I ordered a free bottle just pay shipping of $4.95. I followed a link through Facebook to order this and there was no mention of a trial period anywhere. I would not have ordered it if there had been. Then I have $89.95 taking out of my checking account for a monthly subscription that I did not sign up for. I called them and they refused to give the money back to me. This is a huge SCAM!!! They should be put out of business!

This company is a scam. I read everything to see what the terms were. I'm very careful about that. Paid shipping for the free trial and 15 days later got charged $89.95. They say that I only had 14 days and too bad, won't refund it. Do not buy anything!!

Beware they are using Adelle and Elle DeGeneres and false claims of how this worked for Adelle to lose 38 Pounds in 1 week and Choloe Kardashian to lose 20 lbs in 1 week or whatever...its all scams and lies! This is how I just now heard of this stuff. I think its horrible that something like the Ketogenic diet which anyone can do for free and does not come in a pill is being used for someone else's personal gain. Its sad actually that so many people would fall for this without 1st checking it out by googling the product name and reviews or product name and scams or whatever the claim and hoaxes, etc.. Smarten up people, don't keep getting scammed!

This is a scam. You pay only for shipping for the trial. After 14 days they hit your account with $120.00 charge. You never get an e-mail or text notification, or a receipt. I never even got the product I paid for. I called and was on hold for 40 minutes. Please, do not let this happen to you!!

Several days ago, I received a charge on my card for $4.95. I immediately called my bank because I did not make this purchase. I don't use supplements and have never even heard of the brand. We cancelled my card and I thought that was the end of it.

Today, 3 days after receiving the mysterious bank charge, a package arrived at my door. It was two keto weight loss supplements.

I'm not on a keto diet and certainly didn't order any weight loss supplements. I called and reported this to their customer service.

They filed a claim, gave me a confirmation number and said they would transfer me to their fraud department.

I'm still waiting for their fraud department to answer (it's been 15 minutes)

Needless to say I'm frustrated and confused

I think it's a scam with hidden fees and auto enrollment that charges without warning $200 and when you try to call and cancel they desperately barter with you to try and get you to stay. They will offer "free" bottles but won't give you a refund. How I got wrapped up in this is because I took an amazon customer survey for a free product as incentive and I chose this because the other was a hammock and a skin lotion or something. I only had to pay shipping... or so I thought. This is insane and I feel like I'm constantly getting scammed left and right for my hard earned money. That's $200 a month!!! No email, nothing. It's like they offer a free thing and "only pay shipping" means, "we have your cc info and will take you money in exchange for a product you'll never use and we will make it weird to cancel".

I called the scam artist they took 89.95 then took out 85.95 out on the same day I told them they denied it and said they only took 10.90 beware!!!!! Scam Scam!!!!!!

Rip off, signed up for a trial and it turned into a VERY expensive subscription. They will not take back the shipment of two items which I had not ordered after the trial order and which I had no idea I was to receive and had charged my account for 94.90 for one bottle and 85.90 for the other in the shipment. Their page says it is 89.95 per month after the trial but does not say it is autoship, possibly in the fine print but on the sales page. After a long hold period the customer service rep agreed to refund 50% of the charge and discontinue further subscriptions....chalking the rest up to my stupidity to not read the fine print if its really in there (afraid to click and read in case that starts me a new subscription). Buyer beware!
