I ordered baked goods fro Keto Kreations on 6/27/2020. The Perishable items were shipped using FedEx. The FedEx delivery sat for several days In the heat and when was ultimately delivered, the items were inedible. I contacted Keto Kreations and they promptly shipped a replacement order. Again, they used FedEx and the items were received inedible. The packages are left in the heat for too long even though they are packaged with ice packs. The ice packs are completely melted and the food is hot to the touch upon arrival. I have emailed Keto Kreations twice since the second shipment was received and they will no longer respond to my communications. This is unethical business practice. They have taken my money and the order Has not been received in an acceptable manner, I would like a refund since they can't seem to find a shipping company that is capable of delivering the goods in edible condition.

Hello. We are a very small family business and do everything we can to take care of our customers and we sent this package 2 times and lost more money than she paid for the items we cannot refund all the money after we shipped her product 2 times and paid for shipping both time ourselves!! We do not have problems like this and we ship ALOT of boxes.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I don't feel that I should lose $61 for nothing. I got nothing for this money. Why is it my fault that the company uses a shipping company that allows perishable items to sit for days in XX-XXX degree heat?
