Would not accept returns. There is no satisfaction guarantee supposedly as there was when I ordered the trial sample. I received the next order without notification before it shipped so they will not let me return it. The product doesn't work and you can't send it back.

I requested a refund of my money and was told to send the product back. I sent the product back within two days of receiving it.
I requested a refund and was told to send the product back to a PO Box 61553, its been a month and every time I call I'm getting the run around. They are telling me they did not receive the product, its been a month. I was told to write this specific number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and write Keto on the box. I sent the product to PO Box 61553, Savannah GA 31420 and I still haven't received my refund, It is not my fault if the product was not received properly or entered incorrectly. I paid $119.9 . The ad was for buy 2 get one free. When I called to cancel the product, I found out it was a scam because once you signed up, you was automatically signed up for a monthly subscription. I called the same day I ordered the product and tried to cancel it and was told I couldn't cancel it and that I had to wait for the product to get to me then cancelled it. I also cancelled the payment with my bank account and the company still went ahead and processed the order even after I requested a cancellation. My order is XXXXXXX, which was also suppose to be my cancellation number, It's listed online as Keto Lean BHB. I've called almost every week to resolve this conflict and keep getting the same message "your return hasn't been processed yet", it's been a month how long do I need to wait.

Ordered a trial supply of KETO 6, advance weight support and only paid for shipping. Was billed two weeks later for full amount of product, $89.95.
Called customer service to see why I was charged full amount. CS rep said that since I did not contact them within 10 or 14 days I would be charged full amount. I ordered this from advertisement of facebook and did not see where I would be charged full amount if I did not contact the. I told them product did not work as advertised and they said I have to take it for at least six weeks to see improvement. Then how can I tell them it is working if I have to contact them within 14 days? They would not give me my money back.

Product is not dietary supliments and is a rip off
Product was free trial. I was billed $89.95 TWICE after the free trial period. I called the company to cancel my subscription. They allowed me back half of the monies they charged my card stating I read terms and conditions. Upon attempting tonreorder to see the terms and conditions there is no link where these were available to me.
I had to cancel my debit card report fraud to my bank. And upon reviewing ingredients its quartz, flour, soap and air. These are not dietary suppliments and product was fairly advertised. I am seeking my monies to ve returned to me. This company should not even be selling this false Product. I have only taken 2 pills and felt ill after taking it. Had to leave worm and lost 2 hours of pay.

I was charged $47.45 on November 25, 2018 for Keto Summer Body (Keto 6x). Still have not received the supplement. Called customer service at 1-888-504-4395 on 12/11/18 and on 12/16/18. Was promised the shipment right away but have not gotten it. Contacted customer service via e-mail at [email protected] on December 6 and 27, January 6 and 13. Every time they promised the shipment. Never happened. They never gave me the tracking number when I asked. I was told that unfortunately they cannot issue a refund (though their ad on their web site has 100% money back guarantee) -see www.keto-summer-body.life.com. Today is January 14, 2019. I tried to call their customer service, but the number is not in service anymore. Please help get the refund. Thank you. ***
