This is a scam ordered 5 bottles, was to get because some where to be free turned out we did not see bill until the credit card bill came it was 198.00 They would do nothing always get a runaround when phoning customer service they are not with the B.B.B. Stay clear of this company believe me this is a real scam and we got caught up in it
Beware of the fine print! Everything about this transaction and this company felt predatory and not transparent. I fell for a $4.95 promotion, was then shipped 2 additional products and charged for shipping fees. I never received a statement or recepit that explained the purchase and the fees. I never anything with the written terms and conditions even with the shipment. They engaged in non of the standard for best practice ethical practices. They operate from multiple business names the website that I made the purchase from Healthy Diet Pro is no longer in existence which makes it hard to cancel and know who you're working with. For example, I attempted to cancel the order immediately it was placed and sent an email to the help desk on the website and never received a reply. Additionally, when I received additional charges I called to inquire about what was happening and was informed that email cancellations were not valid or legal. They count on 'keeping you in the dark.'
In addition to the lack of transparency regarding the transaction I found the customer service to be lacking. Their motto, 'you should have read the fine print' and its not our business model to be transparent. Buyer beware!
paid $4.95 for a free sample of keto diet pills and a week after I get them they tried to get $79.95 out of my checking account and I had no want to use their diet pills as I gained weight. what I was told it was a months supply and if I were to continue it would be another 79.95 a month I found out later that this happens with keto but the people from the shark tank show endorsed them. It has not been a month yet and they try to sneak out more money.

I have two complaints with this business. The first one they resolved, the second one they did not. First, their internet advertising was very deceptive and confusing. It appeared that I would receive 4 units of the product for $66, but it was actually 3 units. I complained about this and they made an adjustment to the price. The final price I was charged was $49.99
The second complaint I now have is that after using their product faithfully I had zero results. It simply does not work, it doesn't do anything.
