Zero Stars!! This business is a SCAM - 100% Zero Stars!! This business is a SCAM - 100% I ordered product from the actual website and ordered the 3 jars for $26.75 "Best Deal" - upon check-out you are not given a total and before you exit the website it provides you with another "offer" for $19.00 - an offer that if you skip you are still charged for. I had no idea of the order totals until my order came through and I saw I actually ordered 5 bottles at $39.99 each and an additional bottle for $20.00. How is this even ethical?? I immediately emailed them and told them to cancel my order! I asked for my money back! You would think this should not be an issue since they still have the product it should be easy to refund my money and keep the product I told them I did not want. They replied back that they cannot cancel my order as they immediately rushed it out but upon receipt I could return for a full refund. Then another person from customer service reached out and told me my order was delayed and could not be shipped right away. THEN I receive another email stating they cannot locate my order or my account and need the order numbers again. This business is a total and complete scam who got me for $280.00 for NOTHING!! I reported to my bank and if you fell for the same garbage I did I suggest you do the same. This is a horrible way to try to do business and I don't care which Shark on Shark Tank funded them IT IS A SCAM!! No business operates this way! If a customer is not happy - fix it! It's that simple. I am seeking legal council and will get my attorney to continue to fight for my money back. This company is a joke, don't click, don't buy this product - STAY AWAY!! Keep your money!

They have tried twice to charge my card this is a scam beware!!!!

I ordered a free sample/trial bottle and afterwards I read some reviews in regards to company charging customers again. I tried to cancel, but apparently I was unsuccessful. I was charged $89.84 and they only wanted to give me $40, but agreed to give me $60 once I mentioned to inform you guys of the company being a scam.

Merchant advertises a product and you can't check out without being automatically charged for "cleansing" pills.
Called customer service and they cannot refund "shipping charges" eventhough the shipping hasn't taken place. This is fraudulent and devious .

Contacted keto and canceled orders on August 14, 2019. My confirmation number was ***. I am still receiving pills in the mail. Now I am on able to contact them via phone and my only alternative is to contact my bank to cease payment.

This company inundates my email inbox with unsolicited advertisements! They have even sent unapproved text messages! I have unsubscribe from these emails several times, and have even sent them emails telling them to stop their unwelcome emails! I have responded to their text messages to "STOP," but they continue to send them!
This is HARASSMENT!! IT IS PLACING UNBEARABLE PRESSURE AND COERCION ON ME TO PURCHASE THEIR PRUDUCT(S)!!
I DEMAND THAT THEY CEASE AND DESIST THESE UNWELCOMED EMAILS AND TEXT MESSAGES!
I'M SURE THERE ARE OTHERS WHO HAVE BEEN PLAGUED BY THIS ELECTRONIC HARRASSMENT PERPETRATED VIA OUR OWN PRIVATE EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGES!!
PERHAPS SOMEONE WILL BE WILLING TO ORGANIZE A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY!!

I signed up for a free 30 day trial offer for 2 of their products. All I had to pay was $4.95 Shipping and handling on one product and $5.95 for the other. I was fine with that and that was taken from my bank account but 15 days later I was charged $89.95 and $79.95 for a free 30 day supply that was supposed to be free (the ones I paid shipping and handling on already). I have talked to 2 of their costumer representatives , Michelle and Alisha who both tell me my money will not be refunded because I made the order on 4/24/19 and cancelled on 5/9/19. They say my 30 day trial was really only 14 days and I didn't cancel my "subscription" on time. I can't find a copy of ANY AGREEMENT that I signed agreeing to this Nor did I agree to this!. Nonetheless I cancelled my "subscription" on the 15th day and was charged a total of $169.90 for a 30 day supply of pills that I don't even know if they work. In short I feel I was deceived and mislead. I also feel this money was stolen from me. I have called twice and sent emails but they still refuse to repay the $169.90 that they stole from me.

I order the Keto Weight Loss supplement in December, cancelled my subscription and was due back $62.99. I was giving the confirmation #*** and told in 24-48 hours I would receive a email stating when I would have my refund. After making several calls since 1/17/19 I have not received my refund. Every agent I spoke to told me the same thing 24-48 hours I would receive a email and or phone call and haven’t received neither. I remember a few of the agents, Mathew, Vernon, Richard. Each one gave me the same answer. The last agent told me it was an investigation going on about my refund but could not explain to me what was being investigated.

I KEEP GETTING E-MAIL SPAM FROM THIS COMPANY, I UNSUBSCRIBE AND I STILL GET THIS *** .

I ask for a bottle of diet supplement on Nov 18 2018 and called an canceled on Nov 19 2018 they billed me 5.99 shipping and on Dec 3 took 96.50 out of my checking account. I called them an they informed me they didn’t take the money and only charged me 4.95 for shipping and said they didn’t take 96.50 out of my account. I want my money back 96.50 . I could not find a 4.95 charge it was 5.99 and 96.50 charge they took under the name saw palmetto supplement. Please look into this matter thank you.

I ordered the keto cleanse and keto supplement pills and did not sign up for any program to be chardged again for other products without my consent. Another $80 was taken out of my account on October 1, 2018 even though I have not purchased or been on the website since my first purchase on September 18, 2018.

I keep receiving emails from this company . I received two on August 5, 2018 one On August 4 and previously some by a different company address which I’ve been subscribed from since June to me anything with *** advertises for or not something I wish to deal with again. I am asking to get off this company email list this is nothing I would ever use and I don’t appreciate the invasion of my personal email for them using their advertisements I want him to stop
