I do not purchase anything from Keto. Keto and it's affiliate associations place order charges on my visa. Cancellation requests are ignored.

I have never had any interaction with this company, however, they have been taking money out of my checking account. I am not on a diet and have never used their products. They have been ripping me off for 3 months at approximately $88.44 per month. I believe this company is associated with GRACEFULSLENDERLYKETO and OrganaCanna. The company is a con artist.

I ordered item then changed my mind. I sent 6 emails telling them to cancel my order within 5 minutes. They still took it out.
I called them today and I got hung up on 2 times. I dont want the product

Keto made an unauthorized charge to my account in the amount of $189.90.
I had made a prior purchase from them in the amount of $24.99. I don't know the exact date of this transaction. Then True Keto made an unauthorized charge to my account in the amount of $179.90 on 6/27/2020. I did not authorize this or order anything else from them. I had to cancel my credit card and order a new one to keep them from doing this again. My fiance spoke with them because the package came in his name.They stated that they didn't have any of his or my information in their system. The product came in a black bag with their info on the outside. It has never been opened. I did not order this, or authorize them to charge my account. I want a full refund. I don't know who to talk with as they are saying they didn't send me anything.

They deserve no stars on all accounts. The previous statements r true as far as them charging for 199.00 and 80.00 dollars. There is no confirmation when ordering and I didn't even complete order. Keto BHB tried to say it was the same product as seen on Dr. Oz. They even told me not to return product as it probably will not get to the right place. I even emailed them the next day with a plea that I had Chemo brain when I ordered and I can't afford the product. They said I ordered it and It was already sent out.

they said I ordered something, I did not. They used my debit card to just throw me in a "subscription" that I didn't sign up for.
Sunday June 28, 2020 I seen an ad for "free trial" of Keto, just pay shipping. I signed up for THAT, but they added some kind of cleanse I DID NOT ask for, which they took from my bank account, 34.95. They threw me in to a "subscription" of the product that I will be billed monthly for. that caused them to take 198.70 from my banking account. When I seen the email (within an hour of order) from them, I immediately contacted them by email and phone to cancel this order before it even was filled or shipped. They tried to tell me it had already shipped and I would have to wait to get the product, then send back for refund. I DO NOT want this product (even the "free trial" at this point) and I want my money refunded to me. I do not understand why it couldn't just get canceled and no money withdrawn, when it was on a Sunday, and I know good and well it had not shipped. Just give my refund.

Fraud, unauthorized charge to my bank card.

On June 15, 2020 I ordered a free sampled, 60capsules. I submitted my debit card to pay for the shipping. The next day I could see they fraudulently charged. my debit card$1.99, $34.98 and $198.70.

I have had no success trying to reach them by phone. There is no address to contact. The date of the purchase was June 15, 2020.

It appears this company is falsely advertising and taking advantage of unsuspecting consumers. They need to be stopped.

Upon making a purchase of what I thought was three bottles for 39.97 each and get three free. I received a credit card bill for $220 plus change.
I called customer service right away to cxl the order and was told that was impossible and they could not do that till 90 days or a trial period was over. I informed them that the order had just been placed and there is no way it was processed or shipped so they could cxl it. The customer service representative actually argued with me and the would not issue a credit or a refund. She said she was a customer service supervisor and no one else could help me. This sounds like a pyramid because she said an advertising company does their sales promotions and they handle the rest of the transaction.

I ordered products was mislead said only $26 when u submit it charges $199 and $80 to card I immediately contacted them within 5 mins they said couldn't cancel this was 4/28 they offered me 120 days free trial received it on 5/18
emailed inquiring about how to return it no answer on 5/19 I contacted again about returning no response on 5/20 my husband took to post office they said to put return to sender since hasn't been opened he did on 5/27 I emailed co letting them know I returned it how long before refund no response contacted again on 6/1 inquiring about it then again on 6/5,6/8, 6/9 aging on 6/10 and requesting phone number to call

Iwas inquiing. about product didnt show price I had to put my credit card number in . it automatically process the order with out me submitting or selecting pills. It emeditally charged my acct $225.00 I call them ask to cancel order they said no the I put in my credit card info so I have to take product! For 90 day before returning it then restock fee. They will mail $50 rebate with order but I want get rest til they receive product back! They are rip off company. Still not received my order!

The ad said "free 60 ct bottle just pay $4.95 shipping" Three weeks after I receive the bottle they charge me $99.94 and I want a refund.
An ad said "free 60ct bottle just pay shipping" On 4/16/2020 they charge me $5.97 for shipping and I receive the bottle. Today, I go to grocery store thinking I have $100 on my card and find out that my card is declined because Tryradiatepro. Com (keto) charged me $99.94. The only number I could find to call them was a number no one answers .(888-576-7586). You are put on hold and no one ever takes your call. I have tried to contact them for hours and every time I call I am put on hold and left there.

I purchased this product a month ago. I paid over $200.00 for it. I've spent all of this money and have not seen any results. When I researched further (which I should have done immediately) I found that this company is a scam, since last I looked which was about two weeks ago they have changed the name of the product twice. I see by one of the reviews below that they had additional charges to their credit cards. When I purchased it they said that there would be no additional charges to my account. I will definitely be on the look out for it. But, at this point there has been no additional charges. What I know now is that this product is a scam, it never did what it has said it would do. I've sent an email requesting my money back as they had a 60-day money back guarantee on the email confirmation that I received from the company. Stay tuned, though I am not optimistic that I will get my money back. Lessoned learned, if I could kick myself in the butt, I would. All I can say is STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM!!! The F rating is for a reason.

Order trial of Keto on April 9, 2020 ($5.97 and $4.97).
On April 6, 2020 I ordered a trial of KETO in the amounts of $5.97 and $4.97. I received those trial bottles. On April 26, 2020 my banking account was debited for $95.94 and $99.94. I did not authorize either of those debits. This place is a scam. I have changed my debit card account number and would like to have my money refunded.

I contacted customer service minutes after realizing I was over charged for a product and they will not refund me any of my purchase or respond back.
I was only attempting to purchase $54 of a product and they have a scam after you enter your card number where you click to complete order and when you do that it charges you an additional $80 for products that I did not wish to order. Within minutes I contacted them and they told me they would not refund me. They won't even answer the phone or reply back to me after 5 day's of my trying to get back the money that was taken from me with the scamming ending which I have provided a picture of. When you click complete order it charges you again!!!! I want a full refund and I do not wish to receive this product!

I was charged 600 dollars over a period of two months and did not even get the product. I did not open it and put refused on it each time it came which was every two weeks. They refused to refund anything. I would never order on line again. The post office told me that is should be returned to them. Capital 1 tried to communicate with them when I questioned my charges. Finally got them to stop sending the pills, Never order this on facebook or the internet. I was sure a sucker. What a scam.

I I filed complaint with business while on the phone with my card holder to dispute transaction of a total of 189.80 I got my card shut off and they issued another but the business hasnt refunded the charges due to the purchase was shipped to me and I denined receiving the product I would like my refund because I went there saying tthat the charges where fraudulent and yet the businesses still says it has your info on the order and soon the call droped on the business end and left me and my card holder on the line

If this company could be built solely on lies, it'd be a skyscraper! I hope they supply their crooked employees with crooked company cars to drive back and forth to their crooked little homes to get into their crooked little beds where hopefully God doesn't allow them to have any crooked little dreams. Instead they just lay there thinking about how lives they affected negatively today.

I order the Keto Marathron on line it said a free bottle for $4.97 I sent the money on June 11, 2019,
it was shipped out on June 12,2019 when I got the product I tried it it did not work for me, but on July 6,2019 I checked my bank account and seen where they had taken out $94.97,when I called the bank they said money was taken out my Try Radiate Pro.com so the gave me a number I call it(888-576-7586) and talked too a representative and was told that it was a 14 day trail and if I had not called with in that time they charged me full price, I told her I did not see that when I order it and she said it was on my receipt, but theirs nothing on the receipt that states that. So she told me since I was so upset they would refund half my money, and close my account.My question is if you were right why are you willing to give me half? So I called another number (884-385-6877) but was told their was no account she gave me another number and I talked to Ian he said their was not account but would continue checking,I have yet too hear from him.

I returned the product on april 17,2019 & have nor received a refund. I was told within 3 weeks & when I called back it was 6 weeks
